Purchase a Gift Certificate
Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to book appointments. Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time(s). Cancellations or changes to appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time (including no-shows) will be billed to the credit card on file at the full cost of the service(s) booked or there will be a loss of deposit or gift certificate purchased. We thank you for your understanding.
Lateness Policy
We request all clients arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of their scheduled appointment. This allows time for a brief intake before the service begins. Any client arriving more than 5 minutes after appointment time could have their service cut to fit the allotted timeslot.
Refunds
There are no refunds for any purchases made online.
Gift Certificates
When redeeming gift certificates for services within two weeks of purchase, a valid ID matching the name of the gift certificate recipient must be presented to a Front Desk Associate before any service is performed. If a valid ID is not presented, we cannot provide the services booked and the Gift Certificate will be rendered invalid.
All Gift Certificates are valid for a dollar amount. In the event of a price raise, the Gift Certificate will cover the amount in which it was purchased for.
Underage Clients – For Massages
Under 15 Years Old — Any clients under the age of 15 must have a consent form filled out by a parent or guardian before their massage, a parent or guardian must also be present in the room for the duration of the service.
15-17 years old — Any clients between the ages of 15 and 17 must have a consent for filled out by a parent or guardian before receiving massage services.
Pregnancy
Massages – Pregnancy massages are generally safe after the first 14 weeks of pregnancy. Ascend Spa does not perform massage during the first 14 weeks of pregnancy.
Facials – There are certain facials, including chemical peels, that are not safe to be performed during pregnancy. Please ask your esthetician or one of our Front Desk Associates for more information.
