With the extensive experience and education of multiple modalities from NYCHP and over 14 years of qi gong practice with Sifu Henry Moy, he provides a comprehensive full body approach which combines practical musculoskeletal work with esoteric but definitive energy work through a combination of Swedish, Myofascial, Asian, Acupressure, Zen Shiatsu, Thai, and Sports modalities. Even as a young girl, I always wanted to help people. I can still remember watching my grandpa be the town’s per say “chiropractor,” fixing some person’s back, making them feel better, and how happy and proud that made me feel, and how happy and relieved they felt. I wanted to be just like that. I grew up not knowing how to take care of my skin and so I wanted to learn and help others too. In 2003, after a lifelong passion for wanting to learn about the skin, and how to properly take care of it, I proudly attended the Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics in New York City. I really enjoyed working and learning with products that are plant based, natural, and good for your skin. That is very important to me, knowing that there are alternative to chemically laden products. I get very excited reading up on skin care treatments and attending classes to continue my education. Great communication, honesty, sharing knowledge keeps the client informed and happy. Listening to their needs and concerns is very important to me. Educating them on procedure, a healthy lifestyle, and how important after home care is! It’s a great formula for wonderful results. I also believe that nature and science go hand in hand. I am friendly, happy and an honest person, that care for building relationships with each client. My priority is to give each client the best possible, relaxing, and excellent experience!!
