To redeem your gift certificate, please contact Ascend Spa and provide the certificate number when booking. Gift certificates may be applied toward individual spa services or the purchase of spa packages.

Gift certificate purchases are final. No refunds will be issued to the original purchaser, except where required by law. Certificates are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except as required by applicable law. No activation, service, dormancy, or administrative fees will be charged, and the certificate’s value will not decrease over time.

If the cost of the selected service or package exceeds the available balance, the recipient is responsible for the difference. Any unused balance will remain available for future use. Ascend Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. A replacement may be issued at Ascend Spa’s discretion with satisfactory proof of purchase.

All appointments require a credit card to reserve. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations, late changes, and missed appointments may be charged in accordance with Ascend Spa’s cancellation policy.
